10' wide x 8' deep. This space comes with 8' high backdrop and 3' side railings separating you from your neighbor, 1 table with black linen and two chairs.
10' wide x 10' deep. This space comes with 8' high backdrop and 3' side railings separating you from your neighbor, 1 table with black linen and two chairs.
20' wide x 10' deep. This space comes with 8' high backdrop and 3' side railings separating you from your neighbor, 2 tables with black linen and two chairs.
6' wide x 6' deep. This space is great for businesses who are joining us with just table top information, brochures and just need standing space and a table. We provide a table and black linen + 1 chair.
10' wide x 10' deep space near the entrance. We do NOT provide tents, tables, or chairs. You will bring your own setup.

Reasonable precautions will be taken by Kimberly Vaughan Enterprises, LLC to protect persons and property during the show; however, neither Kimberly Vaughan Enterprises, LLC, event venue, nor representatives, nor heirs of any of the same, shall be responsible for the personal safety of the Vendor or its representatives from injury, nor for the safety of the property of the Vendor from theft or damage. Vendor waives all claims of every kind against Kimberly Vaughan Enterprises, LLC, show facility, and representatives of the same including, without limitation, all claims for damages based on personal property damage, destruction, loss or theft, personal injury or death, and any other act or failure to act of Kimberly Vaughan Enterprises, LLC. Vendor agrees to indemnify and hold Kimberly Vaughan Enterprises, LLC harmless from all claims, including expenses, damages, costs, legal, and attorney fees, by Vendor, Vendor’s agents, employees, contractors, heirs, or by any other person, arising out of any act or omission in any way related to Vendor’s participation in the event, whether negligent or not.
