Please note your top 3 booth numbers and enter below. We will do our best to get you as close to your favorite booth as possible. If you do not indicate a booth space, we will place you in the best possible placement at the time of your booth submission.
10' wide x 10' deep. The fairway is referred to in three sections (lower fairway near the gazebo, mid fairway which is between Nachris Artisan & Fantasy Film Festival buildings and continues to Fairy Village, as well as the upper fairway that includes all booths beyond fairy village and continue up to Hudson Barn). Fairway spaces are on asphalt, but could also include a few grassy areas near the upper fairway. Food trailers can be added to all three fairway areas; however, spaces in front of Fantasy Film Festival and Nachris Artisan building are dedicated to food trailers, as it is the most accessible space for utilities that support food trailers.

8' wide x 8' deep outdoor popup space. ***WILL ONLY FIT AN 8' x 8' tent. If you arrive with a 10x10 tent, you will be unable to use it in this space. This space has a shade cloth over it which gives a layer of shade cover. Some areas in this area have partial shade that moves with the sun. The booth spaces are on grass and have electrical access, which can be purchased below.
16' wide x 8' deep outdoor popup space. ***THIS SPACE IS ONLY 8' deep, so only 8' popups will work in this space. If you arrive with a 10' popup you will not be able to use the popup. This space has a shade cloth over it which gives a layer of shade cover. Some areas in this area have partial shade that moves with the sun. The booth spaces are on grass and have electrical access, which can be purchased below.
10' wide x 8' deep indoor space. ***THIS SPACE IS ONLY 8' DEEP. If you arrive with a 10x10 popup frame, you will be unable to use it as it exceeds the space allotment. We are a rain or shine event. We do not offer refunds for any reason. We recommend that you consider the purchase protection plan if you have any concern about attending this event, or concerns of unforeseen problems.

Reasonable precautions will be taken by Kimberly Vaughan Enterprises, LLC to protect persons and property during the show; however, neither Kimberly Vaughan Enterprises, LLC, event venue, nor representatives, nor heirs of any of the same, shall be responsible for the personal safety of the Vendor or its representatives from injury, nor for the safety of the property of the Vendor from theft or damage. Vendor waives all claims of every kind against Kimberly Vaughan Enterprises, LLC, show facility, and representatives of the same including, without limitation, all claims for damages based on personal property damage, destruction, loss or theft, personal injury or death, and any other act or failure to act of Kimberly Vaughan Enterprises, LLC. Vendor agrees to indemnify and hold Kimberly Vaughan Enterprises, LLC harmless from all claims, including expenses, damages, costs, legal, and attorney fees, by Vendor, Vendor’s agents, employees, contractors, heirs, or by any other person, arising out of any act or omission in any way related to Vendor’s participation in the event, whether negligent or not.
